Mother of embattled Asante Akyem Agogo MP OK Frimpong Appeals to President Mahama to intervene And Secure Her Son’s Immediate Release
Family of the embattled MP for Asante Akyem Agogo, Hon. Ohene Kwame Frimpong have sent an appeal to the President of Ghana, His excellency John Dramani Mahama and relevant authorities to intervene for his release immediately follow his arrest at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport in the Netherlands
According to the family, the MP is innocent and his arrest is a deliberate attempt to tarnish his image. They also alleged an assassination attempts on his life during the past election campaign
Meanwhile the Majority Chief Whip Rockson Nelson Dafeamekpor has revealed that the MP was reportedly intercepted and questioned in the Netherlands, where he was informed that the United States government had issued a warrant for his arrest and extradition
